MINUTES OF MEETINGS
Members of the public are more than welcome to attend all meetings of the Council, An Open Forum at the early part of meetings provides for members of the public to address councillors on any parish matters. This time is normally restricted to 15 minutes with 5 minutes allowed for individual contributions.
| THE MINUTES OF STOKENHAM PARISH COUNCIL | |
| Stokenham Parish Council meets on the third Thursday of the month, except in the month of
August and December when the meeting will take place on the second
Thursday. Meetings are held in Stokenham Parish Hall at 7.30pm. Minutes of the meetings are
published on this site after they have been approved and signed at the
next meeting. Minutes of all council meetings held in the last 12 months
may be found by clicking on the "month" below during which the meeting
was held. |

| THE MINUTES OF THE PLANNING COMMITTEE | |
| The Planning Committee meets on the
first Monday of the month, except on Bank Holidays when the committee
will meet on the second Monday. Meetings are held in Stokenham
Parish Hall at 7.30pm. Minutes of the meetings are published on this
site after they have been approved and signed at the next meeting.
