MINUTES OF MEETINGS
Members of the public are more than welcome to attend all meetings of the Council, An Open Forum at the early part of meetings provides for members of the public to address councillors on any parish matters. This time is normally restricted to 15 minutes with 5 minutes allowed for individual contributions.
| Stokenham Parish Council meets on the
first and third Thursdays of the month, except in the months of
August and December when on the first Thursday only. Meetings are held in Stokenham Parish Hall at 7.30pm. Minutes of the meetings are
published on this site after they have been approved and signed at the
next meeting. Minutes of all council meetings held in the last 12 months
may be found by clicking on the "month" below during which the meeting
