7. SOUTH HAMS PUBLIC SPACE STRATEGY – IMPROVEMENTS 2009/10

For councillors to consider District’s funding proposals for Helmers Field, Beesands Village Green and Torcross viewpoint and agree those councillors to lead and attend such meeting

8. LOCAL DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK

– HOUSING AND EMPLOYMENT ALLOCATIONS

For councillors to make representation (if any) as to content of the proposed documents.

9. PUBLIC ACCESS PONTOON – FROGMORE

Councillors are invited by Frogmore & Sherford Parish Council for their comments, thoughts and ideas on the possibility of a public access pontoon being moored in Frogmore.

10. CHEQUE SIGNATORY CHANGES

For councillors to agree an alternative signatory for parish council cheques due to the resignation of one of the current signatories.

11. REPORTS

To receive an update from the clerk on matters ongoing and for councillors to provide reports and highlight items (e.g. highways) which require attention or are proposed for future agenda items.
