The Minutes of the last Planning Committee were approved at full council and no further planning committee has been called until this meeting.

5.         PLANNING & PLANNING MATTERS

            Applications to be considered at this meeting:

·       0096/12/F Renewal of extant householder application 53/2256/08/F for replacement of existing extension 20a Beesands, Beesands

·       0124/12/F Householder application for extensions to rear and front of dwelling Ashley, Holmleigh Road, Torcross

6.   REPRESENTATION AT DISTRICT PLANNING COMMITTEE

To acknowledge a letter received highlighting concerns that Parish and Town Councils as consultees to the planning process are not able to speak again for or against an application at District planning committee on behalf of the community and consider whether parish council wish to put forward any comment.

7.         CORRESPONDENCE AND REPORTS

To note any additional correspondence and reports received relating to planning matters.

8.         NEXT PLANNING COMMITTEE MEETING

The next Planning Committee will be held on the first Monday in March 2012 (if required) at Stokenham Parish Hall, Wesley Smith Room.
