South Hams Christian Fellowship
The South Hams Christian Fellowship was inaugurated in 1989 with the following Aims:
"To provide opportunity for Christian Fellowship and to promote the spread of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in the area, and to support other Christian enterprises that have the aforementioned aims."
BASIS OF FAITH
We believe in:
1. God the Creator of all mankind and the Father of all who believe in the Lord Jesus Christ.
2. The Lord Jesus Christ, only begotten Son of God, Redeemer, and the one mediator between God and man.
3. God the Holy Spirit, the Lord and Giver of life, active in the Church today.
4. The Unity of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
5. The fact of sin and the necessity for Atonement.
6. Faith in the Lord Jesus Christ as the only means of forgiveness and salvation.
7. The incarnation, death, resurrection, ascension and the coming again of the Lord Jesus Christ.
8. The Bible being the inspired Word of God and the final authority for faith and living.
The FELLOWSHIP meets for worship in Stokenham Parish Hall every Sunday at 10.30 a.m. and at 6.30p.m. in members' homes.
A Crèche is available for little ones at the morning service. House Groups are held each week at which visitors are most welcome.
